Refund Policy

The Global Mission raises funds online for our worldwide efforts in bringing the Gospel to those who've never heard, and the humanitarian outreach of the Chanje Movement. We are grateful for your support and want you to be aware of our Donations and Refunds Policy:

No donation is too small to make a difference.
All donations are non-refundable.
All donations are processed in U.S. dollars.

In the event of an error in making your donation to The Global Mission using the website theglobalmission.kindful.com, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction, let us know the nature of the error, and we will do our best to honor your request for a refund. To request a refund, call +1 (949) 333-0500 or email us at donations@theglobalmission.org. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

To stop or change a recurring donation, please call us at +1 (949) 333-0500 or email us at donations@theglobalmission.org at least 7 days prior to the stop date. The Global Mission will only be able to refund a previous month's donation according to the refund policy above.

If we make an error in processing a donation, we commit to correcting that error including the return of any funds due without cost to the donor. If an error is made by a financial institution, we commit to work diligently on behalf of the donor in their recovery of any improper charges.
